VSIFF & Red

Red has finally been accepted into a festival, and that is The Very Short International Film Festival (VSIFF), although not really international, in my case. 25 local films were selected, one of which was selected to be screened internationally. Unfortunately, it wasn’t mine but hey, this is a huge step and I am grateful to the wonderful people at VSIFF and ZoMedia for liking Red.

There was an article that mentioned Red, and it was before the final list of selected films were officially released. I was in Hong Kong then, and when Kim and my mom notified me, I was really quite worried. I didn’t want to disappoint my family and friends, preferring not to comment about it until I knew the outcome of the selection. An e-mail also came from the organisers stating the same concerns as me but they were really positive about it. The confirmation e-mail came a couple of days ago. So… yay!

Here’s the article.

So where can you watch Red and films by amazing animators and filmmakers?
